The episode

Only a chef who had reached the final of an earlier episode could be asked back. The first basket held littleneck clams, Yukon Gold potatoes and rhubarb, and Michael answered it with a perfumed clam and pickled rhubarb; the judges liked the presentation and the idea. Amy Roth went on to win the episode.
