Michael is the chef behind every Indulge menu. He writes each menu around the people at the table, then shops, cooks and serves it himself or with his kitchen team.

He has cooked in New York City, London and across the country. In his words: "There's nothing that excites me more than cooking for people who love and appreciate time at the table with friends and family. I want to bring fine dining to the comfort of your home and, at the same time, help create memories for you and your guests."

Dominique Donofrio is a seasoned hospitality professional with more than 25 years of experience in hotels, catering and event production. With a trained eye for design and a degree in fashion, her approach to menu creation, room décor and event planning is both intentional and visually refined.

A native of Long Island, Dominique has produced events across Miami, the Hamptons and Brazil, bringing a global perspective to every celebration. Now based in the Hamptons, she applies her curated experience in planning, detailing and orchestration to create weddings and events that feel seamless and thoughtfully executed.

Working closely with culinary and service teams, Dominique is known for her calm, organized leadership and her ability to bring complex events together effortlessly, allowing couples to relax and fully enjoy their day.
