July (Julie) Aviles is a highly experienced Private Chef and the owner of Boutique Catering Co. in Palm Beach County, Florida. Private Chef Services are provided on planes, yachts, and for the businesses and residences of South Florida and the Caribbean Islands.
July was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, yet raised in her parents’ home country of Ecuador. As a young girl she grew up on a farm growing organic vegetables and cooking Latin American food from fresh ingredients for large groups of family and friends. After earning degrees from Universities in both Ecuador and the United States, July started her career in Social Marketing, but later changed her path to follow her childhood passion…creating, cooking, and tasting wonderful, natural foods!
July earned her Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts and Hospitality from Farleigh Dickenson University. She continued her education working alongside one of her former instructors and mentors, the host of a popular daily television cooking show.
July has traveled extensively exploring the exotic fusion of flavors that exist in the diverse world of cuisine. She is a practitioner of healthy eating and nutrition, specializing in specific dietary needs, such as vegetarian, gluten-free and low-sugar diets. July is renowned for her variety of award-winning “cream-less” soups!
