CHEF JOHNNY ROMERO
Chef Johnny started down his culinary path in a dish pit in Queens at the age of 12. An avid learner, he spent his time watching others and quickly picked up advanced cooking skills and worked his way onto the line permanently. His talent and speed gained him notoriety while working in the Lower East Side, creating buzz about his style and creativity, as well as his ability to pull out some magic during crunch time. He spent his early 20's honing his skills in Asian, Latin, French, and Raw/Vegan cuisines, but ultimately found his niche in New American cuisine.
His hard work and dedication to his craft earned him a spot on two Michelin recommended teams. Soon Chef Johnny began consulting menus around New York City. His unique style, artistic plating, and unconventional methods have delighted fans of food. Seeking a new frontier for his family, Chef Johnny arrived in south Florida eager to exchange ideas and expand his influence on flavors and the visual experiences of the consumer. He continues to focus on New American style and never ceases to amaze.
Chef Johnny is a family man with a big heart for children, especially his own two little angels. His charm, humor, and love of all things delicious are evident in every bite.
