Established in 2011, INDULGE is a luxury, fine dining experience created by Chef Michael Giletto. He has built a team of only the best private chefs in Long Island, New York City, and the Hamptons area to cook for your private parties and special occasions.

 

You will be matched with a chef to meet the specific taste and dietary lifestyle of you and your family. From small intimate parties to large formal events, these private chefs can accommodate events of any size. Cuisine styles available include: Italian, New American, Indian Fusion, Thai & Asian, Mediteranean, and Latin American.

 

Michael Giletto's Background

 

Giletto has had over 31 years in the restaurant business and has never been more dedicated and passionate about producing high quality, creative and innovative dishes for his customers. Together with his clients and food personalities he tries to identify the emerging tastes, trends, and flavors that will shape your food experience.  

 

He has worked in NYC, London and around the Country, Michael has worked with Media talents, Movie Stars and Billionaires around the World. Giletto's team will wow you from  the beginning to the final dish!

How it Works

 

  1. First you fill out the form on the "Reservations" page with details of your event or you can call the 1-800-913-0920

  2. The concierge will match you with one of our experienced chefs.

  3. The Chef will reach out to you through email with a customized menu. After you are happy with the finalized menu you can then book the event.

  4. You will then be sent an invoice via PayPal for a 50% deposit which will BOOK your event.

  5. The chef will arrive on the day of your event with all the fresh ingredients two hrs before your event to prep and cook. The chef will then serve you and your guests a delicious 4-5 course dinner that would impress any palate.

 

  • Shopping, labor, transportation & cleanup are all included.

  • There is no exchange of money because everything is taken care of before hand.

  • Just sit back and enjoy and let your Chef take care of everything.
