Chef Chris has worked in kitchens since age 16 and has developed a cooking style utilizing international flavors in a clean and elegant manner. His career began in Connecticut where he graduated from a small culinary academy and went on to work in many types of food businesses. He refined his style as executive chef of a luxury spa in farm country, resulting in very clean flavors using the best local ingredients. He has had the opportunity to cook at the prestigious “James Beard House”,  for various celebrities, and prominent political figures including Presidents.
