Chef Matthew has been cooking for over ten years, getting his start at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. At the CIA, Chef Matt learned the basics of cooking and discipline which has served him well to this day.


Upon leaving the CIA, Chef Matt began working in Michelin Starred restaurants in New York City such as Gordon Ramsay and Betony. For the past four years, Chef Matt has been cooking as a private chef for celebrities and discerning clients in New York City, and the Hamptons. Part of Chef Matt's philosophy is cooking using the seasonal products of the local farmers to create beautiful stunning dishes.
